The Series III
The Series III ws designed to carry on your motorcycle, the shorter 0.7m was designed for bicycle owners. all almax chains are a long link design.Most other manufacturers use a short or mid link chain. Some hexagonal profile, extolling the virtues of this profile, being harder to crop as they say that they slip out of the jaws. They Don't! As you can see on our video.
Our Series III is a 16mm diameter link, square profile chain; made to exacting standards. We supply this chain on it's own, or with the CISA 28550-67 padlock or the Squire SS65CS. These locks are CLOSED SHACKLE. Some of the other manufacturers use open shackled locks on their chains. An open shackle leaves room for the lock to be attacked with hand tools.
